Introduction

Our mold release 909C is CFC free and complies with international requirements.
The main function of the demolding agent is to lubricate the push-pin within the plasticizing mold, to prevent rust formation and to facilitate mold removal.
Application method: Clean the mold with mold cleaning agent after each use, followed by applying 909C to lubricate the mold chases.
Spray an adequate amount of 909C on the mold surface, at a distance of about half a meter from the mold chases.
Number of spray and quantity of application depend on actual requirements of the mold.

Benefits

1. The print and product quality are not affected by the quantity of application.
2. In case of mold sticking or demolding difficulties, simply make some extra applications of the demolding agent to prevent the said problem.
3. The demolding agent also provides anti-rust and lubrication functions to protect the mold chases.
